Qualification
Among the eligibility requirements for this course is that candidates must:
- Be a citizen of Malaysia
- Aged between 16-40 years
- Hold a Certificate of Education (SPM) or Certificate of Education-Vocational (SPMV) to pass English / Bahasa Malaysia
Period of full-time training for this course is 2 years. Students are required to undergo skills training for 1 year 6 months from semester 1 to 3 at the institute and undergo industrial training for 6 months in semester 4.

Computer Network Technician
The Computer Network Technology program is designed for entry-level students to develop skills needed to gain employment as computer network installation, configuration, and support technicians.
Programmes Offered:
- Level 2 Certificate in Computer Network Technician Assistants
- Level 3 Certificate in Computer Network Technician
The course is conducted based on skills 70% practical and 30% theory teaching. The students will be exposed to plan implementation and the establishment of the network, hardware and software installation and maintenance, and troubleshoot a computer system. The students are also exposed to the computer network management and documentation as well as introduced to the management of legal issues and computer system security.
